Were you here 3 years ago when many were clamoring for analysts to pick up coverage? Well, we got it and don't always like what we read.

You've placed your bet on this horse, we still have to wait for win, place or show. We will be visiting the window, IMO.

Try to get the story right. He did not downgrade but initiated coverage for a new firm. He did not add 6 months but gave a conservative estimate of when he feels the arbitration will be resolved.

If you think he is incorrect call Janet Point at IDCC and ask a very specific question.

Will the Nokia arbitration be complete Q105?

My adgenda here is to make money on this stock. I want to know why we are trading at $16+ and not $20. I've found out some reasons today, some analysts do not beleive any major event will happen here until Nokia which they are projecting to be 2Q05. The report today made me understand better why we are at $16.00 and not $20.00.
