t bone, I went back and read every line of the 10-Qs and 10-K.
Please post the part about their financing arrangement. The only thing you could possibly be referring to would be the Deutsch Bank credit line other than the Convertibles. There is not enough stock left unissued and PPS is too low to adequately use Deutsch Bank for future funding. The only way I can see CYBL continuing to exist is if the Government pays them in advance of production and CYBL meets their commitment. You would think that the influx of any cash outside of CYBL selling stock would have some debtors knocking on the door.
If there is another reference to a credit facility that I may have missed, please post.
