Thanks for the info, having been in similer situations, I can say for fact, that certain info has to remain confidental inorder to comply with certain regs, I am and have been in this for the long haul. This CEO is doing all he can within the scope of his powers and we need to give him room to breath. I know this attitude will be unpopular with several posters on this board, but thats how the cookie crumbles. Have a great weekend and once again, THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
