yes..ceo said interms of diultion/selling by them of course they can only sell to investors who inturn sell to us..youprobably know that..he then ask if I called the TA because he was implying that they have not sold to investors for some time. We talked about news next week and he said "well you know that I've told you that news is coming out next week" and then he reminded me that one of their partners mentioned to him that he has to be more careful interms of certain types of notification. I then asked.."if I call the TA Monday morning will they tell me there has been an increase in the share structure...he then said they may tell you there has been a decrease..then in mid sentence he said no there will not have been an increase. He then said you know that I've told you that we are going to release specific information soon about the buy back and we plan to release news in a pr next week, but I cann't tell you what..(ref the above comment about their partner)
