No contradictions at all. Again there is absolutely no reason to file bankrutcy unless your trying to save the company. It would have been a good sign if bankruptcy was filed but not filing bankruptcy and walking away is a sign there is nothing. Corporate laws prevent creditors from going after the officers so there is no reason to file if your walking away. Now Urban may file personal bankrutcy because all the lawsuits against him and probably will at some point when they start going after him to collect.
Those that were talking about Urban not wanting to file because he would have to show what he did with the money but it doesn't matter because there is no reason to file bankruptcy period unless your trying to save the company from creditors and want to reorganize it.
This is a simple concept. Not sure why you can't get it.
