DIOMQ hi gary I think that some value is in Diomq under 0.01 it may be a good trade because market capitalization at 0.01 is only 300k $, not much for a shell once chapter 11 will be declared ended. I'm not waiting for a big cash settlement for common shareholders as many others told before (included me) because chapter 11 costs were higher but Diomed asset sale was a success. Diomq now has 2 lawsuits against VNUS and Total Veins Solutions, I don't know if all assets are under Bankruptcy court but i'm hoping Diomed owns some patent right or royalty that may add value to the shell. In last analisys this was a very strange bankruptcy high risk here but also a big potential reward hope for 0.02/0.05 cents
There is a big uncertainty about preferred shareholders position, and a lack of news, all large financial institions sold their holding so now I think big sell off is finished. I hope judge will not declare equity worthless...best regards
