We're also in the the 'Dog Days' of the summer and the market. A lot of east coasters take vacation before school starts after Labor Day.

Not a good time to release great news, imo. I would hold off until after Labor Day, let the traders come back and the dust settle from the summer.

If I owned a PK or OTCBB company I would hold back news until after Labor Day at this point.

my ans to 'where are the shares coming from?' is this ..


.. from someone who owns a bunch of 'free' shares, and is willing to dump 50K in an attempt to drop the stock price so that 100K can be bought back ... rinse and repeat.

this is NOT, i repeat NOT being diluted.

although it IS dropping....
