my ans to 'where are the shares coming from?' is this .. .. from someone who owns a bunch of 'free' shares, and is willing to dump 50K in an attempt to drop the stock price so that 100K can be bought back ... rinse and repeat. this is NOT, i repeat NOT being diluted. although it IS dropping.... eom
