An increase in the O/S of 15,500,000 since last I checked, a couple weeks ago.
We know 10 mil went to our Mississippi private placement investor and are restricted. The other 5.5 mil could have gone to another pp investor or maybe Mr. Mississippi and Sam had a prearranged deal to buy on the open market.
A bit of speculation on my part but not to unusual for pp guy's to want to support their pp purchase with some open market free trading buy's. imo
NHYF traded about 4mil shares on aug 8th two days after sam's audio interview. Coulda been Mr. Mississippi. imo
Good news is:
SP price is holding at a higher level.
Possible good reports from today's s/h meeting
Contracts with Target, Whole foods, Kroger(midwest restocking)
Products approved for Central Markets and HEB in Texas.
More products in the pipeline.
With only 16 mil or so shares left in the a/s. Hopefully Sam could find another private placement for.005. That would give him the 80k he needs for growth plans and to become fully reporting, as stated in the newsletter dated 8/15/08.
This would end any dilution for a long while.
Things are lookin up from here.
