Did they say anything about becoming solicited on pink sheets and getting a sponsoring MM? The audited financials will help tremendously.

You are spot on. The other investor had 5 million shares that was at the meeting and the stock certificate for 10 million went to the 2nd largest shareholder in the company apparently he already had 3million shares to start with :)
