I agree, the plaintiff looks to be a litigious crazy man.So why wouldn't a big public corp like ATNO dispatch a 2nd or even a 3rd rate attorney to Nevada to defend themselves against such an obvious professional plaintiff?,after all if what you say holds water surely a Judge would take the Corporations side. Unless of course ATNO has done something fraudulent.

But none of that's admissible evidence, they probably won't even be able to tell the jury that he's in jail because his conviction is not for anything fraud or falsity related. It seems he's in jail for possessing a bullet.

As far as good attorney, Chris Doo-buy is representing the company. He's not an attorney, can't spell, and rambles nonsensically. It's scary when an inmate's legal pleadings look better than a corporation's papers.

Finally, bottom line is, they're going to have to turn everything over to him. All the documents, all the files, all the phone bills, all the stock ledgers. He's got the power of Rule 34.
