Q; Does the discovery including all those various brokerage statements, stock ledgers, minutes, resolutions, contracts and back up, drafts 10Q's draft 10ks, buy sell agreements, pooling agreements, check books and statements, wire transfer records etc etc go directly to the plaintiffs jail cell?
well it sounds like ATNO is pretty much screwed. That is fine by me. I lost a bit on it. The only thing I will say is that I am still pretty pissed off that my name was mentioned in the documents as a stock promoter. I have never promoted any stock let alone ATNO. I have never even talked to the company or the CEO. Hell I tried to get him to give me a call back with no such luck. THe only thing I am guily of is that I fell for their crap and lost money on the stock.
