E-series laptops

Has anybody wondered whether there have been certain corporations waiting to get a FDE laptop from Dell that is an E-Series laptop. The Army had a consolidated buy start at the end of July and run through Sept. 30. I would think that all of the laptops that they buy would be with the FDE option. Muenchen, if Wave only signed up for 800k I would think they could have something pretty substantial up their sleeve in the next couple of weeks. If they can sign up NBC and the Olympics who knows what could happen.

There will be additional funding required in the short-term.

Thoughts that these fundings are small because of some imagined upcoming huge PR have long since been dispelled.
The "rough" market is dictating how much they can get and at what price.
