In order for that to happen the company needs investors/buyers of stock... No Bid currently doesn't appear anyone wants it..
Now with all these new associated companies and shareholders maybe we'll see some interest and a volume spike next few weeks.. Then again, the stock may get beat back down to sub-penny and flounder forever...
They have basically set the r/s terms and the S-1 probably won't be filed/take effect immediately, so we may have a window to see the pps climb...
One would think they'd want the pps well past 0.10 post-r/s and not down to .01, makes a big difference on any potential dilution/shares for acquisitions, etc..
