The CC was just a few days ago. Sinclair stated we don't know when filings will be out. He can't state that and then put them out this friday.

In your reply to sowhat you stated RW was gone before the 10K. If true you are proving what is left as management is no better.

Do yourself a favor and let the company answer these questions.

Did you mean to write, "is not out on time"?

Should those filings be out by Friday, that would be a good thing. Right? Of course, Q1 could be filed along with an NT-10Q for Q2, which would provide another 5 days for the Q2.

I would like to see both filed soon but Q1 is the most pressing..87 days late now, not counting the 5 day extension.

Todd did say they need the correct mechanism/system in place to ensure timely filing in the future....most here just don't buy that excuse.
