Did you mean to write, "is not out on time"?
Should those filings be out by Friday, that would be a good thing. Right? Of course, Q1 could be filed along with an NT-10Q for Q2, which would provide another 5 days for the Q2.
I would like to see both filed soon but Q1 is the most pressing..87 days late now, not counting the 5 day extension.
Todd did say they need the correct mechanism/system in place to ensure timely filing in the future....most here just don't buy that excuse.
