you are exactly right, what type of wood is critical. If old growth, big money, does it have fir, pine, cedar? etc. Cedar is $800 to 1,000 mbf where I am at.

I tried to give very conservative figures and like I said until an official cruise is done, it is a guessing game.

As for any gas wells that may be there, they won't own them. The royalties may transfer but not the rights.

They specifically say they have the rights in the PR. Why do you think they couldn't have bought the mineral estate along with the surface?

right, i have sold many varieties of logs. Walnuts are top payers here. But you won't get at the sawmill what they get for them at menards
