Neuro, The earliest Schizo use patent I found was from 1997, and was updated in 1999. If that's accurate, then the patent expiration would be in the ~2017 area.
The earliest Neurotrophin Upregulation patents also appear to be from that era (1996), with numerous updates (1998, 2000, 2007). UCI/Lynch also have some recent separate BDNF/Neurotrophin related patents for Huntington's, and Frag-X, and Case Western/Katz has one relating to Retts.
