I just find them and do the DD. I'm not much of a chart guy so I tend to buy what I view as undervalued quality and hold for long term gains. You might be better off asking some of the chart guru's on ihub this question. Right now my two main long term plays are OSCR and SIVC. SIVC (.004) I've been saying the same thing since it was at .0002 in January. Like it even more now then I did then. I'll probably be saying the same thing about OSCR one day.

Here's one piece of info if this is any help, only 102k shares were sold on the bid last three days combined. So as of Friday the market was still saying OSCR stock price should be higher as evidenced by lack of sellers at current levels.

Buys Versus Sells
Tuesday 360k buys/180k sells
Wednesday 252k buys/16k sells.
Thursday 124k buys/36k sells
Friday. 221k buys/50k sells

from the chart if it' doesn't shoot off first thing monday. Could place a bid anywhere from .12- .15 and hope for a retrace after fridays buy.
