Great post brikk - question - Are these big money guys involved in the PP not allowed to buy extra shares right now? Do they have to wait till 9/4 when the filing is out?

It's more than likely that the institutionsal investors in the PP placed less than 1% of their portfolio in dpdw and will hold and/or add over a few years. They expect volatility and have patience and capital to ride it out. I think they will add more to their positions when the material weaknesses highlighted in dpdw's internal controls and procedures are corrected. I think Mr Dingmann got the revenues about right this quarter but we'll see. By the way, what building on the grounds is "for sale" per my favorite entrance sign?
