Execellent post! No doubt the PIPE is resposible for the change in sentiment, whether justified in our case or not. No doubt value is being created as synergies kick in going forward in a strong environment. I just wish DPDW didn't represent such a large percentage of my portfolio, as I'm very reluctant to add to this position; yet I remain convinced that a year from now we will trade significantly higher.

skelton, regarding the form effect being filed by 9/4/08 and all the private placement shares becoming free trading, let's examine this notion of "dilution". let's say theoretically that we are trading around .70 when this happens. the term "dilution" makes it seem as if the stock will get weaker when the float suddenly expands, but why would these private placement shareholders immediately sell for a loss, right at the moment when they could hold tight, use a minimal amount of their capital to push the pps higher, and do just the opposite?

they bought low, and i think these big fish will sell high.

i'm really looking forward to a september kickoff that takes us to EOY and beyond. imo management has probably been using this quiet period to create a lot of shareholder value, and i'm ready to make some serious $$ on whatever shares i can buy at these rock bottom prices. i say this completely independent of whatever Q2 looks like. that imo is very rear-view mirror, and doesn't represent why so many institutional investors decided to buy shares at .70....

thats just it skeloton, imo they want you to believe things can or will be bad, when all along the company is doing awesome and while all the while retail gets scared and gives up shares on the decline - the ones who did the deal in the first place are accumalting those shares and in the near future will be laughing all the way to the bank!

i know you have heard the old saying the rich get richer and the poor get poorer

this is why i believe it is so important to know what you buy and to never stop doing your due diligence!

imo we are sitting on a future gold mine with every share of dpdw we each individually own , but again this is just my opinion
