MT is a very indecent con man who lied about earnings, revenues, projects, guarantees, audits, OTCBB uplistings and a wide variety of other issues concerning this stock which was all undoubtedly done to suck in buyers to a blatent pump and dump scam. He has also offered unregistered securities to US investors in gross disregard for securities law.

MT is far from decent and honest..He is a cronic lier,scammer has no honesty or integraty and is doing nothing to help anyone but himself.

Well I don't know if he is a "decent man" or not but I do know I own shares of PNMS and Pedro is the CEO of PNMS so I am hoping he can get this thing going again. But it would seem MT don't want to share big rewards with anyone... IMO
