MT is a very indecent con man who lied about earnings, revenues, projects, guarantees, audits, OTCBB uplistings and a wide variety of other issues concerning this stock which was all undoubtedly done to suck in buyers to a blatent pump and dump scam. He has also offered unregistered securities to US investors in gross disregard for securities law.
