Thats why they have an AUDITOR onsite right now who is doing all the current and past financials so they CAN apply to the OTCBB.

Great questions, rockthesock. The synergies come into play in the fact that Expo Holdings does business w/ several grocery chains in the south--Harris-Teeter is one. What they can do is offer to put in a nice, attractive Southern Candle display in these grocery chains and then offer attractiving wholesale options so that the grocery chain makes a solid profit margin. Great profit margins on these candles from what I understand.

Name two companies in pinksheet which claim in their prs that they are going to BB and they are in process of becoming fully reporting and they REALLY become. Name only two. This reminds me of older generation pink sheet companies like Queen CKYS and King SLJB, lol
