Expo Holding has dropped from "Distressed" to "Dark/Defunct". The next step is "Toxic" with the defition being "Buyer Beware. There is a public interest concern associated with the company, which may include a spam campaign, questionable stock promotion, known investigation of fraudulent activity committed by the company or insiders, regulatory suspensions, or disruptive corporate actions. During the time it is labeled Caveat Emptor, any stock that is not in the Current Information category will also have its quotes blocked on pinksheets.com.

I've contacted Pinksheets and EXPO is a stones throw away from dropping into the "TOXIC" area. If they don't supply Current Information, the company will have its quotes blocked on pinksheets.com.

This is NOT my opinion, this is the opinion and FACT of Pinksheets.com. I recommend everyone calling Pinksheets.com to get the current status of their investment.

I still believe in this company but they need to get back up into the "Transparent" ranking with a goal of moving into the "Trusted" category. Until then, it will be difficult for the company stock to make any significant move higher.
