While I do buy and sell on short term expectations quite frequently there is a long term story in this one that is likely still in place.
Most of that story has been well articulated but just glancing at the numbers I think there is even an interesting angle for short term traders.
That inventory number I alluded to earlier has about 800k in finished goods something you rarely see. As I understand it the product is typically custom to each end consumer. They are not manufacturing tv's and warehousing them. That presumably means those finished goods will be delivered in Q4 potentially giving Q4 an unnatural revenue boost.
Add those numbers back and revenue starts to look OK. They also had unusually high SGA this quarter. This is all reading between the lines and I would like to chat with the company but we have frequently had this up and down rollar coaster ride alternating between quarters. It would not suprise me to see EPS of .09-.10 next quarter on 5 million in revenues and a spike to 4+ especially with the new mill and other goodies in the works.
