I hate to give you a clue like I did the last time but can you at least have a smidgeon of integrity when you post? You know damn well that is not the totality of Obama's energy policy. Although it will save more oil than a gas tax holiday which would use more oil and it would save more oil than the wells drilled in 10-20 years will deliver according to shrubs own energy department.
