I hate to give you a clue like I did the last time but can you at least be honest when you post? You know damn well that is not the totality of Obama's energy policy. Although it will save more oil than a gas tax holiday which would use more oil and it would save more oil than the wells drilled in 10-20 years will deliver according to shrubs own energy department.
