I agree those payments are to HCPC not the shareholders. Do you really think that I was showing loan payments for 682 million going to shareholders? :-) Do you understand how revenues/profits and public trading companies work?
1.17 billion in interest payments alone = 33,428,571 per year.
So under your logic, and I agree with it completety, we naver see a dime of that money as sharesholders but HCPC does see 33 plus million in gross profit per year from interest and we hold shares in the company. What do you think happens to our share value when a stock at .0001 starts seeing those type of interest payment/gross profits? I can tell you the stock price goes up and up and up and we never see a dime of that interest/gross profit payment money. So where do we get our dimes from when the stock PPS goes up. From other invest that buy into the MOMO Flippers/daytraders/long portfolio investors etc. In sum cases a buyback will help a stock pps go up. So I agree, we as shareholders never see a dime of that but we get the gains from the PPS rise. This is a very basic description of how it works so I hope you understand. Any questions I'm here.
