I'm thinking on the same lines as you are thinking. Lumb, as we know, is rich, and this is what he does, so it is no big deal for him to wait around and maneuver things to his liking over time.
I don't care if Lumb comes off to some people as a bad guy, or a good guy, as long as the results are showing up, and so far, it seems as though you are dead on accurate about the HGLC current management not really knowing what they are doing or being timid, and it appears as though Lumb is ready to take control.
I am encouraged by two very big things, one, the gold mines exist and therefore are an asset for HGLC, two, Santini at FFGO is following through with reducing the outstanding shares for that company.
The rest of the chatter is irrelevant for this current play IMHO.
