#3325 RE: BobbySFV #3321

I disagree. If you only lost $2000, federal court is an absurd choice with a $350 filing fee and about $50 to serve. While securities laws are federal, there are common law causes of action that can be applied. You think Cotton's cheap self is going to pay an attorney to file a Notice of Removal to federal court (filing fee $350, federal cause must be on the face of the pleading)? How much will the attorney charge Mr. Cotton for defending in this manner -- more than the plaintiff seeks for sure.

And why would you need an attorney in big court? I can provide model federal forms that you can insert your claims into without counsel. Just take any false PR lawsuit and change the info. Not hard to do. Cotton will beg you to accept your losses back in cash to settle. You think Cotton would consider the alternative -- providing the plaintiff with his documents showing who is getting the Reg D shares? No, I don't think he wants to go there.

Remember, the guy is a drunk flunkie selling shares to nominees and nominee companies to fund his excursions.
