I think that like psoriasis (also , essentially an autoimmune disease), CD comes in many varieties and it is unlikely that a single drug will be effective for all the various forms. Interesting to see that the placebo effect at 29%, is very similar to the placebo effect in psoriasis (typically , most data I have seen were in the 25%). The 61% of positive response, is , I believe higher than any of the psoriasis drugs tested. Maybe they go after AMGN psoriasis drug next? about 6 MM in the US have yearly episodes of psoriasis....
