I certainly hope the list was a partial list, but it didn't say so. I just added up all the numbers the State of Kansas listed.

1.Does the Logan county gas well have partners? If so who is the operator now and what percentage does ALRY own?
2.In the Okmulgee County where is the 486 acres? What percentage of the MR and surface rights does it own outright? I would take the range, township and section.
3.Kelly lease??? What is it's range township and section? Is it a lease, so does ALRY have production on it? Is this the Logan county gas well? Help me out on this Kelly lease. If ALRY hasn't drilled already what is there time limits before they have to either lose the lease or have to try to renegotiate the lease? Does ALRY own outright the MR's or surface rights on this Kelly lease?
NORTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA
Logan County -- 320 Acres with one gas well completed thus far.
Okmulgee County -- 486 Acres:
~Kelly Lease -- has completed geology on sectors north and south, which confirm the presence of the highly oil-productive Woodford Shale Formation. Producing properties have been drilled south of Allenergy's interests, yielding 300 barrels of oil per day.

If I had some property that had property to my north and South that was producing 300 barrels/day, I would find a way to get a well drilled, wouldn't you? Perhaps, I read that wrong. I'm not trying to be negative on ALRY. I think we need more information.

We just trying to get DD before going any futher.
