That is not true. we can take actions. just because it PINK doesn't mean there isn't stuff we can do.

FYI we can file a complaint with the SEC of fraud or even for withholdign information. They will investigate and decide what to do.

yo umust be either very new to this stock or still in your bed sleeping.

ofcourse I would like to see profit and all but unless you have a xray vision that sees all the way to their office, you are not going to see anything. thatis how it has been for that last year or so. NO PR for an entire year.

as shareholders we CAN file a complaitn with the SEC, it doesn't matter if they are PINK or not. ALL companies must obey US Law which SEC enforces.

zackly... its a pink stock... they got you by the throat and your at their mercy... John can tell you all news is coming for years and never put any out... he does not have to.

they can make all the money they want and spend it anyway they choose and not tell you a thing.

they also can make all the claims of huge revenue and never have to back it up. (cause its done on the phone) or in a pr but there is never any solid proof.

who is to say anything different?

pinks are ruled by nothing.. and a bb is not much better unless they graduate out of the penny slots.

Pickstocks, they have finished three quarters, not only the second quarter and they still haven't released financials or info about what they're doing.

It's a loser all around.
