Its really a shame what happened here, Tom could not get himself seperated from his penny ways, and his old friends at Ya and Kevin Kreisler, of whom he constantly eludes to in his releases. They must have hold on him like a choke collar on a hungry dog.

Correction, what's less than 9% of the company worth on 6 billion shares with 40 million in assets & 38 million in liabilities?


at an O/S of 2.3 billion shares you have insiders own 91.1% of the company... according to the PRE14C - This doesn't include any "new forms of preferred shares" that take the commons down that much further upon the next acquisition!

Oh, and I could guarantee there will be additional CD's written, along with another S-8 to give management more commons to sell!

I always think something is worth what you can borrow on it. The common stockholders stake in the company is worth what now---5% of the total company? So take all the stock from common stockholders and say what is THIS worth to a lender.....
I'm guessing about 200K.
