at an O/S of 2.3 billion shares you have insiders own 91.1% of the company... according to the PRE14C - This doesn't include any "new forms of preferred shares" that take the commons down that much further upon the next acquisition!
Oh, and I could guarantee there will be additional CD's written, along with another S-8 to give management more commons to sell!
