I have reread the Quanta and LGE case and I guess I do not see that these patents in that case are how you described them. I know my lack of technical knowledge must be frustrating to you, but please read the part about the patents @ http://www.supremecourtus.gov/opinions/07pdf/06-937.pdf
and try and show me how they are as you describe.
