gyspsy have fun in Africa. My responses to the one you refer to are done. His posts now lack any degree of intelligence whatsoever and now amount to just grasping for straws. I dont mind replying if there is some tiny bit of logic as I enjoy a healthy debate but now its come down to him simply posting silliness and fabrication.

As far as what you are predicting for MOSH I dont believe any of it will prevent a trial. Im guessing we may see some legal marksmanship which will provide good reading but no more than a preview of whats to come at trial where im now convinced its headed. Im dug in for a grand legal battle in the great state of Texas.

Hi gyspsy you were right some STUFF is happening but so far its all from the defense side. Do you think the plaintiffs have any surprises yet to come for the defense or is it a stay the course strategy? Just curious to your thoughts and nothing at all wrong with staying the course as the course has been pretty good for plaintiff thus far. Just wondering if plaintiff has any other surprises to possibly come before trial
