I think it's the psychological aspect of the 100% jump. People are worried they will miss out on .0001's by buying at 2. JMHO.

Either way, IMO, 2's will look cheap soon.

Two words: Confirmation, Proof

Buyers want to see further confirmation of the numbers through audited numbers or a deeper understanding by seeing Q2 spell numbers out further.

Buyers want to see proof of the deals. When the deals show up on paper as completed and closed, buyers will feel this is ready to stretch its legs.

Honestly - I tend to think the manipulators are keeping the price down. Once audited financials are released, I think investor confidence in HCPC will go up and along with that, the PPS will go up, too. To me, it's a matter of investor confidence. I think everyone wants to believe in HCPC, but is waiting for the audited financials to confirm HCPC's legitimacy.. Just my opinion :/
