I believe the A/S is 100,000,000... the Float is 9,000,000 and the CEO didn't recently buy 15M shares of MGLG, he bought it in another company ACOE.

The more I read... I am starting to wonder if Bill may be leaving Magellan and maybe sticking with Alco Energy and bringing them out of dormancy. I hope I am wrong.

that was from a filing for ACOE / not MGLG- same ceo and tennesee oil and gas partner but still trying to figure out what it's relationship is to MGLG- might they reverse merge into it as a way to go to the OTCBB?
