I came across another post that lead me to this board... I'm seeing 75M in the AS, and This Bill guy just purchased 15M last month..

At .005 with only 60M in the Float (Which I'm sure is Less If I went through the filings) Is good enough for a buy..

Not only that, but the chart has a subtle pincher in the works..
