It shows that the amount of shares left after offering is the same as before offering.

Does this mean they are not planning on selling at current prices?

Anyone notice that the shares purchased in the PP were bought in exact percentages of the total offering except for the whole amounts.

Krohn's 5,714,286 shares is exactly 10% of total, 3 lots of 1,428,571 were sold which is 2.5%, etc.

Shares were obviously pre-bundled, or offered as a % of the total offering.

Don't know if there is any significance, probably not, just found it interesting.
