Anyone notice that the shares purchased in the PP were bought in exact percentages of the total offering except for the whole amounts.
Krohn's 5,714,286 shares is exactly 10% of total, 3 lots of 1,428,571 were sold which is 2.5%, etc.
Shares were obviously pre-bundled, or offered as a % of the total offering.
Don't know if there is any significance, probably not, just found it interesting.
