You noticed that as well, don't think the guy in Nederland wants any part of the SEC scrape. As usual the PR leaves more questions than answers, but hey, I was wrong I thought the stock would have been halted. Congratulations to those that sold even if Alice was in there. LOL

Without a tax certificate he sold without paying the producer tax, but what's new, without financials no one will ever know. Maybe the Lake Houston or Baytown reporter will do a little checking and ask some hard questions, they are always trying to get to the big time (Chronicle, ugh).
