Check the news Rock. As of today they have begun production and had the first sale of 7,000 gallons of biocrude.

Even if they hadn't started production, if the SEC thought that J.R. was running a pump'n'dump then they could have asked for all current operations to cease. They didn't. Hell, they didn't even take the time to test the fuel. The market is acting accordingly today. SSTP up 66% USSE up 87%!
