I've read the complaint filing by the SEC numerous times and I stand by everything I've said.
You said:"doesn't matter if the fuel is any good or not."
I would say that is the dumbest statement I've ever read on I-hub. If the fuel is good then the SEC has nothing except a witch hunt--everything else is secondary. If this was a classic pump'n'dump then you would not see Amspec, L'sole, Micheal G., and many others still on board with production and sales right around the corner in Baytown. You would also see the CEO and main shareholder making a lot more than $700,000.
Read the complaint again. They said that the fuel did not have the characteristics which have been made public(produced at a cost of .50 per gallon, produces 3 times more fuel than any other known process, etc.). Yet, when offered an opportunity to verify it themselves--they refused. The SEC said themselves that all of their info on the fuel came from 3rd party sources.
What the SEC has done is criminal in my mind.
