Hey Cuz, It has been a learning curve for me as well, one with lots of bumps and grinds. I do not hold Admin's feet to the coals as hard though. They are swamped with the very hard task of running a "Public" chat board with tens of thousands of post daily. I can agree that the Mods are not always looking out for the spirit of the board but more of an "Interest" for what some think as control of the stock. Admin cannot follow the "Conversation" that lead up to the deleted post, they take the post at its own weight and merit. That is what I am finding to be very hard to learn, How to make the point and stay within the TOU in a debated conversation and make that single post say it all. But overall I feel that the messages due get out and Admin needs Mods to help them. Trust is an issue that I feel maybe given out of necessity and not out from experience.

doggone :-) I believe flyonawall hits the backdrop dynamics spot on!

I would only add that the "scope" of the context for deletion decisions & decisions to uphold them places the onus on the poster. Consider this-- some know this & if they can't counter the negative data, will attempt to goad you into posting a TOU/TOS violation.

Good luck to you doggone & thank you for contributing important data to the overall conversation :-)
