Thanks for that very well explained perspective, jimmenknee . However, it is not the upstream swim that concerns me, (matter of fact, this is what makes me more dedicated and better at doing what i do), rather it is the reluctance of IHUB ADMin to insure fairness for all posters whatever side of the fence they are on. To moderate the moderators so to speak. The failure to do so by IHUB ADMIN severely limits the integrity of the site. I do not want to dance around with this issue but i am in strong disagreement with the support given the moderators by ADMIN in deletions that do not fall within the criteria of the handbook.
