"Katherine Addleman, regional director of the SEC’s Atlanta office, said the complaint was filed as a result of careful market analysis conducted by the agency over the past year, as well as input from third party sources."

Wow. That says it all. The main argument from the SEC is that the fuel is not what J.R. say it is. Well, it would only take one day to bring down a team of scientist to prove or disprove the fuel. Instead they use third party sources? What the hell. Who was the 3rd party source? Exxon?

Wouldn't you think that it would be prudent to actually have the fuel tested independently(by govt. scientist) before you try and bring down a company which could possibly solve our national energy crisis? The more I study the SEC's allegations the more amazed I become. I say we start a petition and demand the SEC test the fuel firsthand. That way, if it is a fraud then I can get on with my life. There have been way too many people that have seen the process and validated the process for it to be a fraud.

It sounds like the real investigation should be on Katherine Addleman, regional director of the SEC’s Atlanta office. Offshore banking accounts owned by the four fingers of oil can buy a lot of influence.
