I know that, so does every other poster on this board. But, don't you find it interesting how people can look at the same thing and one will be negative and the other will see a glimmer of hope?
I don't hold it against anyone when they think HRCT is a bust and always will be a bust. I just would not want to have a cup of coffee with the person who has an axe to grind as though they were the epitome of wisdom.
Wisdom in life extends far beyond the art of investing. I know a lot of people who go to their grave with Social Security as their only income in the last years, but over their lifetime they have raised wonderful children and their goodly heritage is not to be found in numbers delineating their bank account but in how they lived their lives. I know poverty is not a virtue but at the same time, savvy investing is not either; it is a skill developed over time.
